A few updates:
1) On the instructional recording I mention doing the practice in the morning. This doesn;t work for some people, and it might be more appropriate to do at night, when you wind down. So, I just wanted to calrify that that is fine! Anytime that works for you is good.
2) I will be adding a new download from a live class that I taught. That should be up this week in the Store.
3) I am at work on Series II, which is an educational guide for how to embody and process emotions from a body-centered place. This allows us to receive our own love and to replace painful experience with tenderness and compassion via the foundational principles and techniques of the Nourish Practice. This emotional work is incredibly valuable, so if you have an interest in transformational emotioanl work, I encourage you to keep practicing Being Breathed by the Breath, available here.
