“In this recording Jack Weber offers sound guidance for the deep healing we can do to transform our lives, our relationships, and our ailing planet. Through the age-old metaphors of holistic medicine and poignant passages from sages new and old, he demonstrates how healing our core emotional wounds are at the heart of beautifying and preserving all we hold dear.”

SERIES II ~ PART I
Healing from Heartbreak
with music by Melanie Hutton
Series II shows how to use all the tools of Series I to embrace and heal our present and historical relationship love wounds. This is the heart of the Nourish Practice and represents the most profound healing I know. Where Series I relies on the experience of allowing ourselves to be “breathed by the breath,” Series II builds on this by “letting our emotions feel us.” On the emotional level, healing happens paradoxically—by embracing and welcoming our hurts with open arms, the loving presence of our abiding self-care.
Series II employs the deep body-mind intimacy, relationship with “other,” image-work, and body-centered wisdom to show up for feeling and working with the hurts stored in our bodies that block our passion, vitality, sense of meaning and purpose, and our ability to fully give and receive love. Series II is a nourishing process via the clearing of emotional pain, simultaneous with the recovery of our inner resources—what I call our Finer Jewels of Being Human—through our own abiding courage and loving care.
Parts I – III comprise a comprehensive introduction and contextual overview to the dynamics of this emotional depth work. Part I is currently available for purchase below, and Parts II & III are forthcoming in 2015. Each Part is approximately 80 minutes of audio recording recited by myself.
Parts IV – VIII describe explore the actual practice of embodying our difficult emotions and letting them transform us. Parts I-III are highly recommended prior to engaging this work.
From this deep passage we derive the wholeness, wisdom, and creative passion to be of genuine service to the world, which comprises Series III of the practice, due out in 2016.
